Is a deposit required when making my appointment?

Yes. No Exceptions. Depending on the tattoo, the deposit can range anywhere from $50-$100. You will be asked to send a deposit via PayPal or Venmo once an appointment slot has been offered. If we do not see a deposit within 72 hours the time slot will be offered to another individual.

Why do you require a deposit? Is my deposit applied to the tattoo appointment?

This secures your time slot for the appointment. Additionally, drawing takes time, and if someone decides to take my design and or not show for their appointment, at least some of that time is compensated for. Lastly Yes. The deposit will be applied on your LAST appointment for that piece. So, if the tattoo takes multiple sessions to finish, the deposit will be applied on that last appointment date.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

Last minute reschedules will negate your deposit. However, if you reach out 48 hours before your appointment we will honor the deposit and transfer it to a new time slot. You will only get one of these transfers so use them wisely. We understand that situations happen, but if you’re scheduled to be in the chair it is unfair for the artist to lose out on money for that day without the opportunity to schedule someone else.

What if I no-call no-show? What happens to my deposit?

Things happen and while we hope that we have great communication between clients sometimes people forget. Unfortunately, if you no-call no-show your entire deposit will be forfeited. If you are working on a multiple-session piece that is unfinished and wish to reschedule, you will be asked to put down a NEW deposit.

When will I hear back about scheduling?

The scheduler works Tues and Thursday evenings as well as most weekends. You should receive a response within 48-72 hours.

When will I receive my design?

Due to the high volume of appointments, you will receive your design with 48-72 hours of your appointment date. Alukx Alexi will reach out to you directly through text with the number you provide.

PLEASE NOTE: If you request any changes they MUST be made 48 HOURS before the appointment date. This gives the artist time to make adjustments prior to the appointment. If you do not, OR change the entire design completely, you may be asked to reschedule/put down an additional deposit.
